IBMは10月27、「IBM Power Performance Report ～Power7 to Power11」と題するIBM Powerのベンチマーク結果を発表した。
新しいマシンが発表されるごとに公開されているベンチマーク結果で、CPW値のほか、SPEC CPU、AIXマルチユーザー (rPerf)、SPECjbb 2015ベンチマーク、AIXべースのSAP Standard Application Benchmarkなどが計測されている。
これによると、S1022s 8コアとS1122 8コアのCPW値は、それぞれ19万8200CPWと23万6400CPWで約1.2倍、また40コアのE980とE1180は、それぞれ61万1300CPWと104万9100CPWで約1.7倍のパフォーマンス向上がある。
